This is a historic site containing the now-shuttered Ace Hardware store previously owned by the Nettleton family. Hawthorne is building 60 apartments at this site, which will serve as a mixed income community. A portion of the residents will be from the affordable segment, while the majority will be market rate clientele. This project will greatly contribute to mitigating the housing crisis, which is a national problem.
The units will be fully applianced with refrigerator, dishwasher, range, and washer/dryer, while the common areas will boast of a fitness center, business center, theater, dog park, bike storage area, and many more amenities.
